Summary/Objective
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will aim to maximize the collection efforts at Chair-man Mills (CMM) while building a long-term business relationship with clients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in credit and collection activities of a rapidly growing company and will be responsible for coordinating with Finance team for effective cash management. He/she will ensure that all clients’ issues are resolved in a timely fashion to expedite the collection. The candidate must be comfortable in a rapid decision-making environment and will understand the factors that drive the changes and potential growth within the business.

As an integral member of the sales team and working in close collaboration and under the direction of
an Account Executive(s), the Account Coordinator supports our partner planners, caterers, and venues
in the planning and execution of events. The Account Coordinator supports new business development
activities in collaboration with direction from the Account Executives to grow revenue through targeted
strategies to secure new partners and grow relationships with existing partners (caterers, venues,
planners, retail etc.) The Account Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for all inbound sales
enquiries via email, websites, phone, and manages all general public enquiries. Strong inter-personal
communication skills, hyper-attention to detail, technology / digital savvy, and a passion for the events
industry are critical for success in this role.

We are seeking full time delivery partners to assist our drivers on deliveries. Warehouse
and delivery experience is a plus but not required (we can train you) but safety shoes are
required.
At Chair-Man Mills, our goal is to service our clients with the highest of service. We rent
everything you could need for the event, except for the food, drink and guest. We deliver
and pick up party rentals in the Toronto Area and occasionally out of town. We are a flexible
and positive employer with many shifts and work schedules to suit.
As the delivery partner you will assist in completing party rental deliveries and pick ups to
certain venue and residences in the greater Toronto area. Most deliveries (70%) are ground
level, using a pump truck or dolly to unload. As the driver partner you will stabilize the skids
on the tailgate while they are lowered. Most deliveries consist of glasses, and dishes; the
boxes are light for the most part; tables and chairs are pre-loaded onto dollies or skids and
need to be unloaded at the site and put into place. A small part of the deliveries (30%) are
to docks.
There is an opportunity for overtime, especially during the peak months; one day of
weekend availability is required (either Saturday or Sunday).
